Chello Zone Extranet

Please read these instructions carefully before opening the File Transfer page.

When you first click the File Transfer section you will get a popup asking if its ok to run software from Jscape. Please chose RUN or TRUST - or preferably ALWAYS RUN or ALWAYS TRUST - to start. If you do not you will have to RELOAD the site.

Virtually all browsers already have Java pre-installed but if you are getting error messages you need to download it from the Java site.

You should now be able to see the FTP program in your extranet as shown below. If you don't please make sure you have followed the steps shown above again.

The files under 'Local System' show files on YOUR computer, the files under 'Remote System' show files on the EXTRANET.

Navigate to the files you wish to either upload or download and also the destination folder in both boxes. Then simply click on the button to upload or the button to download.

Click this folder:at the top of each box to move up a folder level.

Use the MkDir button to make a new directory.

This site offers clients of Chello Zone the opportunity to transfer large or high-resolution files.

You need to be a registered and approved user to enter this site.

If you are already a registered user simply login using the form on the left. If you are not yet registered simply click the apply to join link - once your application has been processed by us you will then be able to login as a registered user and access materials.
